To ensure compliance with our Code of Conduct and applicable laws and regulations within our organization, we have established a Compliance Management System that applies to all companies in the GNH Group. An important component of our Compliance Management System is our Integrity Line, which serves as an independent, impartial, and confidential whistleblower system.
It protects whistleblowers, affected individuals, and employees involved in investigating reported misconduct. This also includes the option to submit reports and communicate anonymously. Discrimination or retaliation against whistleblowers and others who contribute to the investigation within the GNH Group will not be tolerated.
