ROWAMETRIC Gear Pumps
Gear pumps are pressure-stable units designed for continuous operation and very fast color changes in extrusion.
- 3 pump heads for ink flow rates ranging from 0.03 to 1,050 ml/min.
- For dosing via feed or injection into the polymer melt.
- Inlet pressures up to 100 bar are possible.
- Gravimetric or volumetric dosing.
- Optional equipment: Flushing valve with bypass, ROWASOL check valve, pressure switch, and synchronization with extruder throughput.
- Optionally available as a 3D version with a second pump head that serves as a transfer pump for filling a reservoir.
For continuous extrusion processes
