Structure of our liquid colors
For our liquid colors and color pastes, we use commercially available pigments or dyes, just as they are used in conventional masterbatches. Special wetting agents and rheology additives ensure optimal pigment distribution and dispersion stability. This achieves maximum color strength and prevents the pigments from settling over long periods. The actual carrier is a non-volatile, high-molecular system that distributes optimally in the plastic melt and, thanks to its excellent compatibility, does not migrate out of the end product. If required, a bio-based carrier system can be used, for example for coloring bioplastics or recyclates.
Color matching
Whether RAL, NCS or Pantone, opaque or transparent, fluorescent or effect pigment: we can fulfill almost any request. As a member of the COLOR COMPETENCE CENTER, we are closely connected with the know-how and resources of the ROWA GROUP and find the optimum solution even for demanding questions. If you need a color match, please contact us. You are also welcome to send us a completed customer inquiry form in advance. Of course, you can also obtain monopigment concentrates from us for self-coloring.
Manufacturing process
Our products are manufactured batch by batch using highly effective mixing. Dispersion continues until the pigments are optimally distributed in the carrier. Optional post-processing and filtration guarantee particle fineness of up to 1 µm. Because no thermal energy input is required during production, the production-related CO2 footprint is extremely low.
Standard packaging
As standard, we supply our products in the containers shown on the left, but we are also happy to fill customer-specific containers.
